We provide support to clients struggling or overcoming addiction and mental health by helping them to build and maintain a path to recovery.
Life Coaching
Canada Coach Academy certified and professionally trained. We guide and support clients to achieve desired goals, and reach their full potential by providing support, encouragement and accountability.
Life Transitional Support
We provide support, guidance and advocacy to clients who’s lives are in transition, by cultivating new skills such as coping, problem solving and stress management.
